This man is passionate and really knows how to help students out. In the freshman classes he can be a little bit hard to handle, but when you get into upper level classes he really becomes your friend. Allowing you to call him the night before the final for help is what this man is all about. I'm sad to see him retire...

Extremely hard and requires a lot of memorization on your own time. The professor knows his stuff and if he doesn’t he will tell you and find out for you.Reality check on what happens if you don’t study. There is study sessions before test that help, but the test are hard.You will learn a lot in this class and he is a very good teacher.

I had him for my freshman transitions class, but he is also my adviser. I think that he's a little hoity-toity about his own profession. He's pretty clear in what he wants but I really do think he expects too much. He literally said, 'I think classes should be at 9AM on Saturday morning to keep you all in check!'

At first, I was really upset that this class was so hard. It takes a lot of memorization and a lot of studying. His tests are hard, and you must take plenty of notes. Luckily, he has study sessions before exams and notes are online. While in class, I was upset, now at the end of the class, I realize I actually learned in that class!

This was an extremely hard class, he changes the grading scale because it is so hard. He covers a lot of material in a short period of time for tests. He will call people out all the time in class and humiliate them for not having all their materials out. The tests are very hard but he is passionate about what he is teaching.

He modifies the grading scale because he's so hard but you really need to study, all the notes are int he book. He's really boring to listen to, you really don't need to go to class because all his notes are online but he'll explain things and he has about 4 tests total, no quizzes or anything.

Hold on..This guys really is not that bad. But I do recommend studying the material he has taught after every class. Attendance is not required but he puts a lot of the examples he used in class on the test, so I recommend going. He really DOES care if the student learns. Oh, and he's super old school.

Extrememly useless. He spent most of the class periods talking about himself being a complete and total bore in college, and how we need to be dedicated to the university and stay here on the weekends and study, and not go see your family (because they're really distracting). Boo.

Completely useless as a teacher. He spent most of his time being a tyrannical idiot who preached on committing every moment to the university and frowned apon seeing your family (because they are distracting you know) He puts you in assigned seats though he never attempts to learn your names and he screw up even the most simple tasks.

this teacher is very interested in what he teaches and covers the material well. he does give his own opinion but wants you to do the same as well. he's a good teacher to take but make sure you have your head on straight because he will call you out.

I thought I was going to learn about wildlife management but I was in for a surprise! Based on this professor's view if you can't shoot it, then it's not wildlife. And you better shoot stuff, because if not, you are not on this professor kingdom. Ah! and his tricky tests are awful. Two people may have the same answer, and different grades!
