Math is not my strongest area and I was dreading taking this class in the summer but he is the ABSOLUTE BEST professor. He explains everything and it becomes soooooo easy. He's like a magician or something. Take him. Just be sure to practice what you learned in class at home.

East Prof for the core.The review sheets he gives before tests are basically the test.You'll do well in the class with Prof Small.He was a bit intimidating at first, but he is pretty chill.Theres a short paper and presentation that you have to do which seemed stupid bec its a math class, but it wasnt too bad just annoying

Very nice professor. Clear and fair. Knows how to explain things clearly. But he ought to give more lectures instead of letting students do presentations through the semester. Math is not something that you can learn on your own. You need the professor's help with real lectures.

attendance is not mandatory but you should attend every class. Ask questions. Presentations and paper (easy). He's good at explaining if you do not understanding something. Some times he can just explain once and you will understand (just have to practice the steps).

Sure all good but I do not advise taking this class with him in the summer. He rushes thru because he must meet the deadline and cover all on the syllabus. I found this professor became annoyed when asked questions or to repeat something. He stand in front of the notes and makes you lose track of what he is teaching. Never again!!

He is a good math teacher - very clear and always prepared. BUT as a future teacher, I was not inspired. Not encouraging at all, he's sloppy looking, and even though this was a math course designed for elementary teachers he talked mostly on teaching high school students. Not what I expected.
