Dr. Brandt is a good teacher. She is teaching you how to be a great educator, and she cares about what she is teaching. If you are not interested in education, don't take her class. You have to do 2 in-school observations! Her work is very easy!

DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS! This isn't a math or art class that you are just taking to get the credit. We are suppose to be taught how to be future teachers! Her class honestly made me not want to teach. She shows irrelevant videos in class everyday and pointless group work.She doesn't even know the answers to her own questions..DONT TAKE HER!

I truly enjoyed having Professor Brandt as a teacher! She did an amazing job explaining all the details! On the other hand, I am truly excited to become a teacher, so that helped me along in this class with all her input! I would recommend her any day!!!

I have her now for Intro to Ed. Overall, she is very easy. She is an extremely nice lady and not very srict about assignment deadlines, I've turned a few things in late. However, she can be very disorganized. Sometimes, students will ask a question and she won't really know the answer, so she will just change the subject. Overall, easy class.

Very unorganized, I'd have to agree, honestly. She changes things ALL THE TIME, and doesn't make sense half the time. She forgets when things are due a lot, and I just feel like it's useless for me to be in the class. Very nice lady, but not the best Education teacher. She may know all about it, but she doesn't teach it very well..

She was horrible. She never made sense, and let the other students walk all over her. She didn't enforce any rules and was very disorganized. She changed assignment deadlines ALL the time, and was not willing to work with the students. She gets an F from me.

Her class is easy, but she is hard to follow. She just doesn't seem to be really passionate about teaching. She will take just about anything & give you an A. She doesn't help prepare you for what you need to know for your portfolio & for getting into the program. Just too unknowledgeable in her subject. I feel lost now.

If you desire your sanity please do not take this teacher!!! She has lost her spark. She picks favorites, grades unfairly, shows 30 year old videos on how to be a good teacher, and just has an attitude of uncaring. A group of twenty from my class went and took our complaints to the dean. Please find another teacher!!

I had her for EDU101 online and it was a great class. Everything organized and she was a great help. Easy A! I currently have her now for EDU264 and she isn't so organized. She is a sweet lady although class can get boring. It is all easy work though. A few presentations and a few tests. Everything is easy though.

She is somewhat disorganized, but as others have mentioned; she is fair when she makes a mistake. Just do the assigned work and she rewards with a good grade. The class is easy, so achieving an A is not difficult.

Honestly, this class was awful. I had such a drive to teach before taking her. She acted like we were small chiildren rather than college students, even going so far as to draw a diagram on the board at one point, detailing how to make a flash card! She was sweet, but not worth the money invested into the class.

If you want to learn anything, don't take Dr. Brandt's class. If you want an easy A, definitely take it! She let's you grade your own quizzes and most tests are open book (or open notes). This class is extremely boring, but very easy. Just do the assigned work (a couple of presentations and a few papers) and you'll get an A.
