Susan is one of the most caring women I have ever met. Her lectures can get a bit boring but her tests are easy and the material is interesting. She is my favorite professor I have had so far, and like I said, sweetest lady ever!!

Susan is great! Her lectures get boring and she tends to get off track quite a bit but she is so nice and wants you to do well. Material can be kind of hard but by reading the chapters I was able to get an easy A!

Comment:
For a 2 credit class, there's quite a bit of work and several tests. However, Cordes-Green is VERY understanding of the position that college students are in and is lenient with due dates so that students can get the most out of the assignments. Lectures are pretty bland, but it's helpful to listen. Read the textbook for the tests!!!

I really enjoyed taking this class and one with her before it. Yes the group work can be challenging. But she puts a good guide on the Moodle and she is okay with reading your work in advance. No problems unless you are pretty unorganized. There is a lot of lecture but her examples help. She was totally caring when I had a family problem.

really excited to take the class--the material itself was awesome but the professor was not. very confusing and self-centered. the GTEs that she makes you do are absolutely terrible--so much work for seemingly no good reason. hard grader, impossible standards, not very helpful. cool class, just take it with another professor

Cordes-Green is the best prof for intro psych in my opinion. She is very disorganized at times, but her grading is very fair. Pay attention to lectures, read the book, and you will do fine.

It was a pure lecture class, which got kind of boring. But if you payed attention or read the book the tests were pretty easy. I got a B+ and I didn't really study at all. She has a group essay project which sucks though, worst part of the class.

Susan is a good teacher. She is just and tries to give the student the benefit. She runs the classroom to help the student learn that being said to obtain a good grade you need to read and attend class one or the other will only win you a mediocre grade.

Susan is an amazing women who is very helpful. Her test are VERY hard and you have to focus a lot on what she lectures and what you read in the book. She is very understanding and is willing to work with you whenever you need it to ensure that your grade is what you want. If you are willing to put in work, I suggest you take her course.
