Susan is one of the only teachers who is ALWAYS there for her students. She takes a personal interest in them that is unlike many other teachers at the university level. Apply the principles she teaches, keep an open mind and be mindful.

Susan is one of the best things about the PRLN program. We learned so much from her during our diploma and she taught us so much about ourselves. She is so talented and updated with the world so don't ever question that! Trust her opinion and don't be afraid to get feedback from her, she is always willing to help you.

The concepts she teaches are a little whacky, but if you get on the same page as her you'll be good to go. Lectures are long, she likes to repeat the same concept over and over (but that may be a reflection of really trying to get it to stick in our minds). Make sure you ask her lots of questions and get her input on assignments.

I'm not a design/fine arts student and I got an A. Being that most of the assignments have to do with personal experiences/opinions, as long as you apply the principles to what she teaches to your preferences, it's extremely easy to get a good mark. The one down side to Susan: not very articulate. The class struggles with material retention

She's rude, unprofessional and a horible teacher. She would spend the entire time talking about herself if she could. She is useless when you ask her for help and doesen't know how to use a compt when that's what she's teaching. She plays favorites and always crosses the line with rude comments. She treats students like children. She's a JOKE!!

Nice teacher but treats students like they are still in highschool. Has a sense of humor but sometimes tends to go too far. She tends to talk too much about herself during class. Often unclear of what she wants and not much help when you ask. Overall nice person just not an amazing teacher.

Taking a class with her is like a breath of fresh air compared to other classes. She's very funny, witty and she gets her point across very well. She is there to help whenever needed and she give you no B.S. when it comes to assignments.

If you aren't a budhist get out of this class. Didn't like me because I was a Christian. really. Not that hard, but does play favourites. A very 'highschool' mentality to her classes: ie cool kids, not cool etc.
