Comment:

Dr. Kendrick is an ineffective educator. Her lectures lack structure and consist primarily of personal anecdotes of her home state and Shakespeare (despite the course). In addition to this, she is consistently behind schedule. I would strongly recommend avoiding her classes.

She is the kind of teacher who will know if you didn't do the reading and she expects that in an upper-level course you will be able to handle the amount of reading she assigns. Her classes are tough but entirely worth the effort. She is definitely my favorite teacher at ESU. I will admit she is bad at getting things graded promptly.

I really enjoy her class, the only problem I have is that she isn't grading our work. The class is officially ended for over a week now and she has only graded approximately 10% of the assignments. This makes it nearly impossible to know if we are on target or not. In spite of all of my hard work, I am only expecting a C in this class

I have enjoyed every single class with Dr. Kendrick. Her class are by no means easy, but I always learn so much from her. She has a passion for what she teaches, and it shows in class. Class discussions are awesome and hilarious. I would definitely recommend her classes to everyone.

Dr. Kendrick is a terrible teacher. She likes talking about herself more than teaching a subject. Her class is the worst class that I have ever taken. Stay away from her, unless you have no problem with sucking up in order to make her like you.

Dr. Kendrick is AWESOME! One of the funniest people I've ever met. Extremely challenging class; I would recommend you have prior knowledge of the subject! It's not just knowing, but analyzing. Still, I would DEFINITELY recommend her class!! *Also very helpful as an advisor, for all of you English majors out there!

She is a great person, and a fabulous teacher! She is able to work WITH students and not above them. But is good at not playing favorites or letting grades be based on your beliefs. She is very open, and understanding. She is by far the best teacher I have had so far and I hope to have her again. I have learned a lot!

Kendrick's classes will kick your ass, but you'll never leave her class without having learned something. Ask her for your pirate name, and get her talking about Buffy! Arh, matey! Her classes are some of my best memories at ESU!

I used to really, really like this woman. I wish I could still say that. I really do. She missed almost as many classes as I did, and that's hard to do...especially if you're the prof...her overemphasis of women's issues while interpreting text cloud what is supposed to be her specialty...don't go to the bathroom or she'll hold a pop quiz...

Kendrick was an AWESOME teacher and person. Very funny and great teacher. Fun class. However, she's the grim reaper when it comes to grading papers and tests are not to be taken too lightly. I would still reccommend her, absolutely!
