This is the perfect honors course elective!! The assignments are easy and straight forward. There are 4 exams that are based on the powerpoints she uses in class and posts on Blackboard. Go through the steps and you'll get an A. Also - don't buy the textbook! The textbook material is in the powerpoint slides and the book is on reserve.

This professor really knows what she is talking about and genuinely cares about the subject. I took this class as an honors course and it was very interesting and straight forward. There are 4 exams one being the final (not cumulative), no homework, and 3 projects that aren't hard. Highly recommend this professor!

Such a good professor! Her lectures are interesting but you definitely don't need perfect attendance to pass/ I also wouldn't buy the textbook because the powerpoints basically explain everything just buy the diet analysis packet separately which is cheaper.

Disliked the subject and how she taught. The class was super easy, barely needed the textbook, if at all. Need the Diet Analysis software, buy it straight from Cengage. Easily got a 4.0 and spent class on my laptop, just had to complete the study guide for the exams and do the unbelievably easy projects. Also counted as an Honors course for me!

Consumer Economics. The book is never used, so don't waste your money. Class itself isnt that hard. She doesnt review before exams. The average exam grade is a 75. She does scale them though.

if you look over the power points and read the important points in the book, the tests are easy.she's pretty lenient on grading papers etc. I went to every class, but she just reads off the power point slides. could get into very interesting subjects, but its very monotonous.
