Well, I think I'll have to agree with what everyone has been saying. Sydney is probably the most boring prof I ever had. But I will say that he was a decent guy, pretty fair, and his tests were not unreasonable.

the absolute, most boring guy in the entire world. reads directly off the powerpoints given from the book. people only go bc he takes attendance. no tests just a few real easy papers and the big business plan project & presentation... MEH

Professor Sappington is incredibly redundant and monotonous in his teachings. Between Livaditis and Sappington, Livaditis, if at all possible, is much more interesting, educated, and energetic than Sapp. I would not take this Professor again if given the option, especially because he reads the book to the entire class during lectures.

Just do the assignments and listen to his review. He doesn't understand his material- he can only read and quote from the book so don't bother asking any questions. Try not to listen to his lectures as they are beyond boring. And again, do not ask questions, he can't answer them

All you have to do is do the homework in class and don't pay attention to the lecture. You'll do fine. I listened to the lecture a couple of times and got my lowest test grade of the sememster. Once went to Murph's before a class and the first half flew by, very enjoyable.
