I love this online class! If you do the work and study the study guides she gives it will be an easy A. (As long as you do the extra credit) I loved the material from this class. Great teacher!

Comment:

This course is unbelievably complicated, to the point I felt that the legitimate knowledge required was lost within absurd restrictions and instructions. Each set of instructions(there are many) is easily 3 pages long. The subject matter is fascinating, but you'll spend a solid amount of your time trying to understand requirements of assignments.

Comment:

If you are willing to read a chapter and take quizzes you will get an A. You are given unlimited attempts to take the quizzes and only need 90% to get full points. And then you just keep taking quizzes to study for the tests. The tests you can only take once, but are almost identical to the quizzes. It really isn't hard, if you are willing to work!

This professor doesnt lecture and only posts the power points. The tests are so difficult that you get three times to take them but it doesnt make it any easier. No amount of studying will prepare you for the tests and they are also timed. Learning from this class is a challenge and I wouldnt recommend this class or professor to anyone.

I love teachers that are on top of things and organized! She has strict rules, but clear expectations. You will spend a lot of time going over online quizzes, as the tests come directly from the quizzes.

Tam is one of my favorites to this day. She is very clear and consise with what she expects. I have taken 3 classes from her! Not only was she an amazing professor, she also helped me on a personal level with advice given while talking about a sensitive topic in PSY3510.

My favorite professor thus far! Took both her social psychabuse and neglect and I HIGHLY recommend her, she is there to help you in whatever way possible! 3510 was the easiest class ever and 3120 was a bit more challenging because all the info., but it's doable.

Professor Ferguson is an extremely knowledgeable professor, and offered much information pertaining to the child maltreatment field. She definitely went out of her way to clarify any questions that students might have in regards to exams and discussions. Most of all, she made the class an interesting environment despite the sad subject nature.

All there was to the class was reading the book and taking a quiz online. Too much material covered. Teacher didn't have to do anything for the class and her powerpoints were useless. When answering questions she was sarcastic and rude. Hated this class because of her.

I took her online Social Psychology class. I found the class interesting, even though everything I know about it I had to read in a book on my own. She was an average quality teacher. I would take it from someone else if possible, she just made it boring. 18 quizzes all online, take as many times as possible until you get 90%. 3 Test, cumulativ

She uses her own website and doesn't post grades. you can take quizes as many times as you want, infact you have to take them until you get a 90. I got a B- in the class and didn't buy the textbook so if I actually tried I'm sure I could have gotten a much higher grade.

I am not a huge fan of this teacher. I took the class online, which was useless and easy, but she was really strict about her tests and quizzes. I got a bad grade only because I missed a couple of quizzes.
