This class was the best I have ever taken. The teacher was clear in her expectations and gave very thoughtful feedback. Students were encouraged to experiment and take risks. This was true education-not just schooling. Discussions went back and forth beyond what was expected. This teacher brings out the best in her students!

This teacher really motivated me. She is encouraging, yet she provides guidance and plenty of helpful criticism. She designed the fiction writing class to be conducive to cooperation and discussion among participants. She corrects with kindness, and does not focus on punitive details. The readings for the class were well chosen. Great class!

She's not a bad teacher (a very nice women in fact), but she seems to want everything spelled out for her in her papers/presentations. If she doesn't understand something, she deducts points, and it seems she is kind of an airhead (someone else used that, and it's a perfect fit). However she's very lenient on turning things in on time, bug plus.

Great teacher! I took Mrs. Bob honors English 1101 and liked her so much I took her honors 1102 class the following semester. Mrs. Bob is a very easy teacher if you do the assignments given. Do the extra credit work it helps your grade a lot since you get feedback from her! Edit your paper to her liking and you will get a good grade in her class.

This class is as good as you'll let it be. If you really get into writing papers, you'll be one of her favorites, but if you're there to just pass english then take another professor. She's creative and gets your gears going, but sortof picks on people who don't do as well(may or may not be their fault.)just average but definitely not horrible. 3/5

For her online class there are only 2 papers, both have no word limit as long as you meet the criteria. She gives you almost all of the points just for doing the work. She is really good with responding to email. This class was an enjoyable experience for me.

Papers were easy. Show up for the in-class critique, and do the homework assignments and you will be fine. You won't learn very much new information, but it's great practice and keeps your writing skills fresh. Pretty fair grader.

I took her Eng 1102 online class. We had to write 2 big papers, and do assignments related to the papers. No final, if you do the assignments well you will get 100% on them, she does grade a little hard on the papers but if you do the assignments you will do well, i got a B.

Im an english major & have NEVER gotten a C on a paper. But in this class, she grades SO rediculous. She marks you down as shes reading your paper and even if the part she didnt understand is later clarified its like she doesnt go back and add the points back. STAY AWAY if u can!

I'd have to agree with a previous rating. She needs to refer back to her book often, as if she doesn't even prepare for class. Always remember to keep track of your grades. Gave me a D on a paper without even reading it, I know because when I asked her about it she had no clue what it was about or what I did wrong.Decent human being, bad teacher

She has the teaching style of an airhead. She easily gets off track or forgets what she was just talking about. You need to read the book to understand her teaching otherwise she makes no sense. At first, I had issues with her style, but overall, I think she's a wonderful professor. You will get over her self love quickly, but just be prepared to stand up for your thoughts.
