This class was easy to follow and relatively easy if you read the book and notes. Only bad thing is that he plays a song from the country genre prior to the start of class. Worse genre ever in my opinion. Other than that, good man, good class.

Kerrn really knows what he is talking about, sure he might go off on a tangent about something that isnt relevant, but it usually is funny. His experience as a cop allows him to share stories and give helpful tips for your future. Take this class, the night class can drag on at times, other times he will let you out rather early.

He is a good teacher and knows what he is talking about. His night class is horrible. He will make you stay the entire 3 hours. Can be really boring, but his tests are basically just on the power points. I wouldn't take him again.

Highly recommended, great teacher. Great personal stories about experiences in the ISP that help you understand the material better. I looked forward to coming to his class every Wednesday.

This was a great criminal justice class. Dr. Kerrn has a working knowledge of the material and uses examples from his experience in his lectures. I also liked the guest lectures that he used throughout the term. Grade consists of 5 m/c exams, easy attendance points, and a short paper. Not difficult to get an A. Highly recommended!

BEST TEACHER EVER! This guy is a State Trooper and teaches from his vast experience and fountain of knowledge. He also makes learning fun! If you are a CJ major, and want to get into law enforcement, you MUST take his class!!!

Great class, great professor. I think it is really cool that he is an Illinois State Trooper too. The material was awesome. It made me want to go into that type of criminal justice. Great class. I highly recommend it.

VERY smart and soo down to Earth. He is right there on your level. He wants you to walk out of his class w/ something u didnt know walking in. I enjoyed all of his stories and videos. One of the few Illinois State Troopers I like! haha
