Ted Morgan inspired me like no other teacher has ever done. He opened my eyes and changed my view of the world, and probably changed my future as a result. If you want to be scared, enlightened, angry, exhilarated and transformed, take his classes.

P Morgs is the best. Movements and Legacies of the 60s is a seriously difficult course, but you learn so much. There is a lot of reading and writing involved and it is all interesting and intriguing. Ted has a circuitous teaching style, but he's adorable so you let it slide. He's basically all poly sci students' adopted grandpa.

Professor Morgan has inspired me to be a better person and care more about the world around me. You can just tell how much he cares about what he teaches, Movements and Legacies of the 1960s was the most interesting class I've ever taken and I enjoyed going to class everyday. The movies are mostly really good, although a few are a bit too long.

this was one of my favorite classes. he's easy to follow if you've read the readings. the simcongress was easy and actually more fun than i'd expected. take this class if you want a broad knowledge about politics in america. talks about equality, poverty, media, elections, branches of gov... he gives you the essay questions for exams

Teddy put me to sleep several times, probably because the class was at 7:55, but a lot of the readings and discussions were over mine and my classmates' heads. Ultimately did OK in the class after a lot of work and BS-ing. Nice guy, but he also calls on people randomly, which I am not a fan of.

Professor Morgan is an extremely smart man and will help you through all processes in his class. Everyone should have to take American Political System for it will open you to the world of politics with the type of knowledge every citizen should have. You will be able to hold any conversation, and be able to make informed decisions on all topics.

Class: American Political System. Good guy and good intent. Assigns a TON of reading, like 4 pdfs 10pgs each, hard to get all read, but not really used. Lectures well but is horrible with chalkboard usage: Ex. he will write the word Congress on the board, and go on about congressional corruption.

too much of a 60s burnout to be teaching a 3hr, once weekly class. sufficient rest is recommended before each class

don't you wish you could just transplant him back to the 60's or at least bring the 60's back to lehigh and make everyone rally or something? he's just so passionate about it, but almost in this sad way because you know lehigh is so apathetic politically - made me want to get involved if only for his benefit

i had him for movements of the 60's, great professor, was actually involved in a lot of the anit-war movement so this class wasnt based upon textbooks, but documentary, music, debates...lots of reading and papers, but well worth it.
