Ted organized his online class really well. There wasn't much confusion about grading or expectations in the slightest. The online class was super easy. Just quizzes and a test each week-sometimes there was a discussion or an activity, but nothing too difficult. I did have to read the book cover to cover, but it really isn't that bad.

I feel he does not give you the proper amount of time to answer test questions as you only have 20 minutes per 20 questions. But some questions are a lot more difficult than others making you reading paragraphs and analyze data with very little time. He allows you to take tests as many times as you want, but there's no reason for time constraint.

If you dont show up to class you wont pass, however he is an easy teacher and cracks some jokes here & there for entertainment. Easy tests & group projects, would for sure pick this class again.

I took this course online with Ted as well as 395. I read both textbooks cover to cover to really understand the material. The assignments definitely helped me understand the material though. Overall, he is a good professor if you are self motivated but if you need more guidance I would recommend taking someone else. Or taking the class in person.

This class is broken up into 3 parts, in each part there is 4 quizzes, 3 assignments and one concept paper you have a third of the semester to do each part, once the due date for one passes then he opens up the next portion. No lecture videos provided, must learn entirely out of the book. Easy class overall.

Only had him for an online class, so never interacted with him. The class really wasn't too difficult, but being totally online the burden is on you to learn the material. Content was broken down into modules, making tests, online discussion posts, and a papers due about every month. Watch his intro video, it was cool!

I would NOT recommend taking this Research Methods online with him. You just read the book, take a quiz and a test, and do an assignment BUT he dings you points and doesn't explain why. Takes forever to grade, often late in opening new modules. Considering he doesn't do anything in this class but grade the quiz and assignments, this is BS.

He's pretty boring but it's an overall easy course. Always go to class because he may assign short assignments at the end of class to see who left during lecture. Not too much reading and the quizzes are harder than the exams so don't worry. His lectures are exactly what's in the book.

Go to class, you will lose participation points if you skip and they really affect your grade(hence my B grade). The weekly quizzes are harder than the tests so don't freak about the exams. He gives tons of EC at the end. Take this before Stats. He is always willing to explain a concept in different ways so ask if you need help.

Anybody who is saying don't take him clearly just didn't come to class.. If you attend class this is an extremely easy class. The quizzes, midterm, and final are normally very similar to the online study questions or examples that he lectures. My room mate and I passed with an easy A. He's helpful when you ask him any questions in class.

1 quiz per week, 2 tests per semester. Almost all answers comes from online study quizes that do not count against your grade. barely need to open the book.

HE is sooooooo BORING. and SO hard. There are quizzes every monday and they are difficult.. Plus they make up a lot of your grade. The final and midterm were difficult too. And you have to go to class so you don't miss the quiz and in class assignment. overall he was just AWFUl. AVOID HIM IF YOU CAN!

I didn't like him. there were quizzes every monday that were hard. they were out of 15 questions and i usually got about 12 right. (which is an 80 percent). the final and midterm are hard too. the only reason i didn't get a B in the class was because of the in class assignments we did every wednesday. PS. the class is VERY boring and so is he!

He is very well educated and wants his students to learn. i think he structures the class very well, i learned a lot. I didnt even need the book, just take the online practice tests, the quizzes have the exact same questions.Attendence is mandatory, quizzes every week in class and practice excersizes(turn in signed paper)on the days without a quiz

This class was not that interesting but needed. Professor gave simple lectures but its up to you to do the reading every week and take the practice quizzes! They are the same questions used on the weekly quizzes. Final was basically the same questions. Study study study!!

An innocuous professor. Mostly fair, not incredibly interesting. Reading the textbook results in 90% of the learning, and 75% of the grade.
