I am taking Micro online with her over the summer. This class is a throwback to middle school. The textbook isn't required, and everything is on google. There are only like 4 assignments, and 3 tests. So doable. This is going to be the easiest A of my life

I took Dr. Tharp for eco 2023 online/ half semester. HW is easy as you get three chances on every problem. If you have and issues Dr. Tharp is a phone call away. She is very caring and supportive and wants her students to pass. Easy A, if you complete the work.

This was the hardest class that I ever took! I had to reach out to my professor many times for help and she was always so patient and understanding. She took the time to explain the lessons to me until I understood them. When I reached out to her, she would always get back to me quickly. I really enjoyed having her as my professor.

DO NOT TAKE HER ONLINE CLASS, the modules are too long , so you are basically teaching yourself the material , all you do is answer questions all day so you aren't learning or retaining anything , please save yourself sometime and do take her r economics, then the exams expect you to draw graphs you haven't learned .

Tharp is absolutely horrible. She responds to emails quickly but is not very clear and makes everything more complicated than it needs to be. There is no feedback on homework so you don't know what to fix for the tests. Grading is very harsh. I understand macro is supposed to be difficult, but she makes it impossible.

Still taking her this semester as an online course. Not helpful at all. Emailed her about a question. SHe told me to get tutoring at the school and that if i didnt understand it by now that i would never get it. That was on the second hw assignment. Dont recommend taking her.

(Online Class) She was really helpful. Her grading scale is a little weird. Easy good grade, not necessarily A. Everything can be google'd for an answer. Everything everyone else said is probably true. However I just wanted to say I loved how rude/disrespectful/whatever-you-want-to-call-it she was. Professors nowadays are always pampering; nice to see someone who treated my idiot classmates the way they deserved to be. Got a C and I still considered taking her for another class.

Her take Home Tests are the hardest sh*t ive ever taken in my life,failed all of them just like 99% of the class.Do NOT take her,thats all I can say. had her for macro - horrible! tons of homework which she says is due at the end of the term, which is a lie. take home tests are a plus .. but 50% of your grade (which is an 18 page paper) due the last day. shes mean and rude too.
