Okay, first off I love him as a guy... I'd hang out with him any day. But as a teacher he's not so great. Funny and has great stories, but he doesn't teach you much. Read your textbook and teach yourself french if you wanna get a decent grade.

I had 3yrs honors french in high school and McQueenys elementary french was 10x harder and things I never studied. On his tests you wonder where some of the questions come from. The subjects you would constantly go over in class werent always on the test and vice versa. Although his teaching skills arent the best, he is a nice man and rather funny.

McQueeny is such a nice guy! It was nice to have someone who spent a lot of time in France because he had a culture perspective. Although, he does spin off of the subject a lot, so study whenever you can. And he forgets a lot, but he's interesting and funny!

This guy is completely useless. He is a very funny guy but when he goes into rants the WHOLE class you learn nothing. He acts like your suppose to know as much as he does and will put it on your test when you have never even went over it. I strongly recommend avoiding Mcqueeny if you can he wont help you out at all in the end.

Had this guy for four french classes, only showed up once a week and still got a C even though i bombed every test. You dont learn anything in class about how to write french but he like to tell funny stories which make the class interesting. take him if you get a chance

If there is one teacher that I will always remember, It will be McQueeney. By the end, expect to know his life and the life of Sam Beckett and any other knowledge he picked up from intellectuals. Crazily-humored guy. If you make an effort and you still suck, he wont fail you. Great guy. He will be missed.

His procrastination problem may make you feel it's okay to procrastinate, you shouldn't. Also you should study the material to a great deal, you will be held accountable for it. If you do screw up on a test, go and talk to him about it and he will help you out. Attendence is also a must!

He's a godsend. I love how he is such a procrastinator. He makes tests and quizes at last minute so they are very easy. He also takes a long time returning them. I am still waiting for my last test one week ago.

He's hilarious. His class really isn't that difficult; ignorance on a test can be partially alleviated if you really look at the questions. Did I mention he's hilarious? If you don't find him funny, though, enjoy your career in office supply management, because you're obviously very boring.

Dr.Mcqueeny is a very kind man and possesses a great deal of wit. He has a wonderful sense of humor which comes out frequently in his lectures,and is not hard for student who is actually interested in the material. He deserves a much better rating!

Good professor, funny man. Too many unannounced quizes. I got A's on quizes I knew were coming and C's on ones I didn't know to expect. Also, we only took 1 test before the final few weeks of class, I didnt do well so its kinda hard to bring that back up.

Good teacher. HARD CLASS. I had a super easy prof for French 202, so this was crazy. But, the thing is, McQueeny really WANTS you to do well. If you need help, you can ask. He is very approachable.

The first time I took McQueeny i had him for French 101 and I thought he was a horrible teacher. The second time I took McQueeny was for a French literature class and I really thought he did a good job with that. Maybe he just can't teach a language.
