Extremely difficult class. The tests are very unfair and difficult. They would often contain numerous questions on material that was not covered in class or in the text making it very difficult to get a good grade. If you are taking psychology as a core class avoid pettijohn,his tests belittled his students. I have a 3.5 GPA and will prob get a C.

Awesome teacher, extremely invested, helpful and supportive. Also inspirational. Was great as a teacher through undergrad and continued to be a supportive mentor throughout my MS and now in my PhD. If you are seriously interested in psychology you should definately take his classes and work actively.
