Best professor I've had all semester. He actually teaches the material he gives you alot of packets, save them, laminate them they will be necessary for your actual classroom. He is a fair grader and an awesome/old school professor.

Professor Tchaconas is a sweet heart and always willing to help. He is a very easy grader and his assignments are very easy to begin with. He gives weekly chapter reviews and his quizes come directly from those. Nothing is a surprise in this class , lectures are boring but overall great professor.

Bruh, I accidentally handed in the same journal article essay twice, and he didn't notice. Graded both 10/10. What. Doesn't use Blackboard, doesn't respond to emails. ACTUALLY DO all of his chapter reviews, he takes quiz questions right from them. It's A LOT of material, so study hard. Grades assignments easy, though, and he's always ready to help.

He was awesome. He assigned reading from different chapters each week that went along with homework. the questions for the homework are what you are tested on in quizzes and so on. He prepares you for everything and is a good grader. He provides sample lesson plans to help you write your own and sample case studies to help you write your own.

He gives short answer quizzes. You NEED to study for them, and even if you study it is still tough. He is an easy grader. He is the cutest and kindest man. Group work every class. Gives study guides. 2 quizzes and 1 final. Great man, but is a little scattered with lessons.

Awful. Always seemed confused. Forgot what he was doing often. Once taught the same lecture twice. Slurs his speech. The tests cover too broad a spectrum of material. Easy grader for projects but Im also not sure he actually read them or not.

Easy going. work load is typical for Child Study but he was helpful and fair in his work load and assessments. 2 lesson plans, 2 quizzes, midterm, final, journal articles (2), case study, weekly study guides (helped with tests). Nice guy willing to work with you.

Very nice professor that cares about his students. 2 quizzes, 2 research papers, 2 lesson plans, 1 final project & 1 final exam. He gives you study guides each week that aren't mandatory. Overall, he is an easy grader. Class was boring and he was late most of the time. He makes us go around the room & talk about every assignment we completed.

Very nice man who cares about education and his students. Has had a lot of experience that he likes to share with you. His tests can be some what difficult. Make sure you do the study guides each week. No midterm. The final is similar to the quizzes. Lesson plans are pretty easy and you do a lot of sharing your thoughts and experiences in class.

Tchaconas is a nice teacher who brings in numerous personal experiences from teaching. However, his tests cover way too much information and he expects you to produce a lot of information. His lesson plans are created but out of date and nobody taught their lessons in fieldwork as a result. He is very repetitive which is boring.

2 quizzes, 2 lesson plans, 2 research articles (1 page summary, 1 page response) & 1 case study. You have to read 1-2 chapters every week & complete the study guide. You must study for the quizzes & final because they are all essay questions, no multiple choice or fill-in. Gives you lots of useful handouts. Great teacher! You will learn a lot!

He is a nice profrssor. The class itself is boring. He goes over the study guides & asks a lot of questions. He will wait in silence for a few minutes for an answer from someone. The tests are hard you have to do the study guides & know them. You study 5 chapters & he only gives you 5 fill questions on the test. He is willing to help you and is genuine.
