I don't recommend him. He grades papers like he is an English Professor. I do not recommend him because all he does in his class is talk and does not give breaks at all. I passed the class with a good grade but I wouldn't recommend this class because I learned nothing but how he leaves feedback on your papers through his experience rather than fact

DR Kharpatian is really nice and he will help you gain confidence and a fair grader. Don't take the class at noon because you'll fall asleep. He will give you feedback to improve yourself. He is very understanding and accommodating. He also let you out early especially if it's bad weather.

One of the best professors one could hope to meet. Clearly a man who loves his profession. He is a very fair grader. I definitely enjoyed his class. I would recommend him for both speech and cultures and values.

I had him for Speech. He doesn't give a lot of work. Easy A class. 5 speeches. But he made us stay til the very end of class when its not necessary. He takes attendance seriously. So don't try to skip class.

Had him for speech. If you try, you will pass. We only had to do 5 speeches, one of which was a bs intro speech. If you follow the instructions and pay attention you will pass. If you are nervous about public speaking (like me) just try to relax and don't freak out. Generally cool teacher. You don't need to buy the book.

Dr.K is an awesome professor. He doesn't make you feel pressure when giving a speech. He makes class relaxing and quick to get through. Very fair grader and he gives fair criticism. I was very nervous for this class but with Dr.K, it has so far been a breeze! Only advice I can give- don't say um! Def recommend him!!

I LOVED this professor. He is very interesting and brings up points that i could have never thought of. He is very fair with grading and we never had any tests. He just gives essays and readings. His lectures can be boring for a 9AM class because there is a lot that he covers but nevertheless, he is funny and very humble. i recommend him!

I was absolutely terrified of taking this class. I really just wanted to get it over with. Professor K knows what he is talking about. He gives you everything you'll need in order to be a good speaker. After his class everytime I hear "ummm" I cringe. Don't say "ummm" during speeches! You'll enjoy his class for sure!
