Thierry is a great French professor. He moves fast but he was always available in person or by email if you had questions. I definitely look forward to taking more French classes with him.

Prof. Durand is a good teacher, but is definitely hard to follow. He is fast-paced and often is all over the place and unorganized with his lectures. However, he is very good at showing and getting us to use French in practical and conversational applications. Attendance is major key, you don't want to fall behind in his class.

Thierry is a great teacher that will push you to the limit! He is a fun and animated teacher that loves to fool around when appropriate but is passionate about what he teaches. I have him for both my English and French class. At first it was hard understanding him because he has such a thick French accent but now he is one of my favorite professors

Prof Durrand was a really awesome teacher! I had him for an English class and it was clearly evident that he was passionate about the tragedies we read. He always wanted us to get better and he was very helpful. Only difficulty was understanding his accent at first (: After that it was my favorite class.

Prof Durand is involving, fun, and inspiring. He really brings France to class everyday, he is very animated and entertaining in a way that intrigues the students. I enjoyed being in class even if I was not looking forward to participating that day. Durand requires that you pay attention and try your hardest; he'll help you with the rest!

I can't learn the way he teaches...it was ridiculous...and the problem with him is he never gives interpretation, I just found it extremely hard and pointless to even attempt to learn like this...I couldn't. Not very understanding either.

One of my favorite professors ever. I can't count how many recommendations he's written for me. Get ready for some real work, because he WILL make you think, but you'll get so much out of his classes. If you just want to slack off, don't take his classes, because he only deserves the best of students.
