Really sad to see he has retired. I took a break from college for a while and wanted to comeback and take one of his online classes. Great guy and a great prof, best I ever experienced - sorry he's gone.

One of the best online profs I have had at SUNY Broome. Everything is spelled out in terms of what you need to do to succeed. Doesn't dumb down and is very fair in grading. I'll look for another course taught by him.

Taking my third class online with TK. Fair, to the point, well organized and knows what he is talking about. Great communicator and doesn't dumb down or play favorites which is unique at BCC.

Have him online and think he is good. Everything is structured and clear. Lecture and notes are good and we have 90 minutes to finish only 50 questions on an exam. Like that he is regularly involved with the discussions.

Good professor. Low key. He is an easy A, so I would for sure recommend him. I have never heard any complaints about him. I plan on taking him again if he teaches any more classes that I need. I hardly had to do any work! It allowed me to put more effort into my other classes.

I thought he was a great teacher. When you had questions he would answer them, and there was only 2 exams and participation that was graded. If you study and participate you can't fail.

I had no problems with this professor. He seems to enjoy his job. Directions could be clearer, but I have had worse. I would take another class from him.

I liked him in this online course and found him very knowledgeable about management in general but especially organizational behavior. Presentation was clear, organization excellent and exams were fair. Very good Prof for the non-traditional online student.

The best online class I have taken. Discussion questions are entirely relevant to all students and exams are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very good online prof. Everything is organized and you have two hours to complete 50 multiple choice questions. His mini lectures were very helpful in understanding the material. Highly recommend.

Just finished principals of management. His lectures are good but maybe follow the book too much. Tests can be challenging but are fair and if you take him know that class participation counts a lot. He bumped me a letter grade because I participated all semester

I have a lot of respect for Professor Kanick. He spent a lot of time to help me through some difficulties and I learned more from him about management and life than anyone else at BCC. I know he rubs some students the wrong way but for me he was a really big help.

Had him last semester and this one too. I like him. He's not easy and I think that's why some of the negative comments are here but he knows his stuff and presents it good. The 1st day of the semester he spent a half hour getting me past a dumb rule so I could register for an online class and get back to full time when no one else would help me.

Jeez, I wonder if I'm one of the losers mentioned below because he sure helped me. Got me in the right program and helped along the way, I just graduated. Thanks to Professor Kanick I'm off to Cornell in the fall.

After reading the posts below, I believe that the professor wrote the vast majority of the positive ones and they need to be removed. He is an okay professor, but not the best...for sure. He tends to cater to the losers in the class.
