Nice older guy, but hard to relate to him. His handwriting is gibberish. After 1st test, luckily, we started getting typed outlines. Exams were all essay question with strict grading.

Great teacher - MORE than willing to go out of his way to help you make a good grade. Pay attention in class, write down and then study the key points he goes over in class and you'll do fine on the tests.

This professor knows so much. Some of this class was similar to 101 and 102, but I also learned a lot. He is full of interesting stories. Book reports and tests weren't bad. At least not harder than other PSC classes. Recommended.

Williams is a compelling lecturer, he's got a million stories to tell, and his teaching is generally good. His handwriting is chicken-scratch and damn near impossible to read, but he teaches comprehensively. The tests are pretty much entirely essay form, and he wants every single detail included, so study up. Study the material, you'll be fine.

Fabulous speaker, incredibly knowledgable, and fair. You do not have to wonder what he expects you to know; he expects you to know all of it. Don't be fooled by his story telling style, because every word he says has a purpose.

This is the same course I took in 101. It is like he has a tape and presses play each day. If you must, only take one of his courses. Federalism only goes so far.
