Awesome Professor. Very helpful, clear, and gives a lot of examples. Takes time to explain every question until it is understood by everyone. Tax project is long and should be done in groups. Read your textbook frequently and you should be fine. Highly Recommended !!!!

I really liked Professor Z. He is super funny and knows his stuff. Has great stories that pertains to the topics. This was one class that I loved going to. The tests are a little tricky and ask lots of questions if you have trouble with the writing project!

Prof Zupanc is an excellent prof and a great guy. Has lots of really great examples from his 18 yrs of experience as a lawyer. I would highly rec. him, you definitley will learn alot. One major project but it is not extremely difficuilt. Take him you wont regret it. Especially his story about his client who had a .46 blood alc level!

Nice guy. Make sure you learn the early stuff, you will need it throughout the whole course. I definetly put my time in for this class, as the tax code is not easy. He explains very well, and likes questions. His notes are very helpful, but kind of a mess that you have to figure out. But, once you do, you are good to go.

Great teacher! 6 shorter tests, not bad grader either... 3 "projects" (no research) actually kinda fun and easy. sometimes notes confusing cuz he only writes down the key words so listen and write in a sentence so you understand later... i only look over notes night before the test and i got A's and B's on all! i wish class was longer cause its fun

Excellent instructor! Had him for both tax classes 482,483. He came to class every day very energetic. There is no way you're going to get through the tax code in a semester but Zupanc covers the basics and a number of the most common and relevant topics all while keeping your interest. I would highly recommend taking these courses with him!

favorite professor at SCSU...he doesn't let you eek by but if you do a good job you will be rewarded appropriately. I put in a good amount of effort, learned a lot, and got an A. Would definitely recommend him for this / all classes!

Best professor at SCSU! Tests are not easy but if you put in a little studying they are. Paper is confusing but you can keep redoing it until you had in the final draft. Hes very interesting and uses a lot of examples! Overally, highly recommend you take him for any class you can!

Proff Z is the best proff Ive had so far! His class is enjoyable to come to everyday. Just participate in class, that helps. He has 6 tests with no final and one long paper. If you study for the tests and work hard on the paper this class should be a breeze.

Very Interesting class, highly recommended! Quite useful for real life! Prof Z is gr8 teacher for this subject. Be ready to write short QnAs every week, participate in class discussions, 1 long paper, 5 exams to get good grade!! That's it! But the questions in the exams can be quite confusing at times..be prepared. but overall an easy class!!

I thought that this teacher was harder than he had to be. I mean it is only a 200 level class. Other teachers test out of the book which is easy to study for compared to his tests which consist of senario questions which can be very hard to understand at times. Also don't miss many classes or you will be lost.

Wow, I had heard good things about him before I attended class and was even more delighted once I'd taken it. Zupanc was a wonderful professor. I wouldn't say the class is easy, but if you key into his great stories, you'll be able to keep track of everything. His examples are great!

It's a tough class with tough material but ZUpanc does a great job breaking it down and making it much simpler and easier to understand. He's also very interesting and makes a tough topic enjoyable.
