I had Tim for two years as my Music Theory professor. His teaching methods are so effective. I never thought I'd understand music theory on the first day of music theory 1 and I am now able to write my own music, analyze other pieces of music, and I feel confident that I can succeed as a musician thanks to this fantastic man. Very great guy. Very articulate. One of the best music teachers at Pacific. Knows his stuff but doesn't show that he knows. Sit in the front...it totally makes a difference in how fast he gets to know you and how easy it is to ask questions.
