Tim's classes tended to drag on at times, but the amount of knowledge I obtained from him was well worth it. Running the student art show helped to tie everything he was teaching together. Overall, great class for anyone interested in the museum field.

Pushes you to think differently. passive instruction style KEY is communication on your end. however can play to your advantage bc allows you to formulate your own perspectives on art making. has an vast arsenal of techniques, most covered in 1-2 lecture style demonstrations. Great person and is kind and truly loves what he does!

Best Teacher Ever! Awesome teacher, extremley talented artist. Expects a lot from you, but brings out the best in your work... i can promise you will leave with a new skill. Little odd but that just make him him. Highly recommend taking a class or 2 with him if you are interested in art at all.

I am currently taking this class and really enjoy it. I didn't do well on the quizes, but still ended up with an A for midterms. He's very creative and really draws out the best in you. I've learned so much already in it and it's not over!

class only covered enough info to get by. When another class he teaches was mentioned, the subject was changed immediately. Easygoing guy, but the whole Art Department is stuck on themselves. Boooreinnng. Don't hate, appreciate. Students are treated like red-headed stepchildren unless you kiss ass.
