Hey saying for people to get their eyes checked is not cool. Dr. Metz is a nice looking man and very nice person. He is willing to help anyone who puts forth an effort. He is the best professor I have had at Campbell. One can really tell that he cares about what he teaches. If you want a good grade he is more than willing to help.

As a biology major, I've taken Metz for 3 courses. They were all challenging, but he provides great study resources, and is very willing to help if you ask. He is also one of few profs who actually teaches from a Christian perspectivde.

HE IS AWFUL!DO NOT WHISPER or TALK to your neighbors because he will get pissed and walk out of the class instead of asking the person talking to leave! He is not very helpful outside of class.I worked hard and went to class every time and instead of raising my grade one point he just left me at a C. THIS MAN IS NOT HOT! GET YOUR EYES CHECKED!

he's nice and his clicker points can really help your grade. His tests are extremely tricky, there is no way you can guess through his tests. Make sure you know your processes and how to apply them or you will be totally lost

Dr. Metz is the man! Not entertaining in the traditional sense, just in a very Metz way. I'm going through extreme withdrawal this semester! Granted lecture never seemed to help me with the tests but that's probably my own fault. Be prepared to work though! You need to take the time to use his resources. But it feels good to know you earned your A!

Dr. Metz is very pleasant and makes biology very interesting and thought-provoking. Very enthusiastic about the subject. His class is not a breeze, however. Read material before class, USE the online study resources on his site, and come to the lectures. Study, pay attention, attend, and you can avoid crashing and burning. Good professor.

dr. metz is the best science professor at campbell. his class is interesting and he uses real-life examples to put everything into context. gives out a lot of resources to help you study, and his practice tests are very similar to the real thing. his humor cracked me up all semester...definitely take this man!
