I took both English 101 and 103 online with her. I prefer online classes. English was easy to do online. Although reading the books are a must as well as knowing the lecture material she was always availiable for any questions you had. Tests are heavy but its open notes.

I took this class online and it was a lot of work but all of the essays were really fun and easy because of her grading criteria. She gives a clear outline of what she wants and she is extremely understanding. Her feedback on papers is really nice too. I would definitely take her class again.

She is one of the kindest teachers I have had at Hancock, and I have been going to Hancock for a long time (haha). Yes, taking it online can be challenging and yes, she does expect a lot from you regarding essays (they comprise 50% of your grade) but she gives you SO many opportunities to polish your essays. I would take her again in a heart beat

I took her English class online, and loved it. I was nervous about not being able to stay focused, but I stayed on top of my homework and essays ahead of time. Its helpful to have online discussions with other students, and she gives you lots of time to turn in or read your book. essays are fun and I really enjoyed this class

I took Professor Nunez this semester and she was honestly so helpful! She gave amazing feedback and helpful tips on essays. She also gave a lot of time to turn in essays. She cares about her students and helps them as much as she can.

would take her if you are very interested in english and can manage to do quite a few homework and class assignments,, would not take her if your weakest subject is english. she does expect a little effort out and is also very straight forward and is very strict on rules other than that she is a great teacher and person

I took English 101 online and received a B. The assignments were easy, you just have to follow all the criteria and definitely turn in the assignments on time. I had an A throughout the whole semester until finals ( I didn't do so well on my final essay). I would definitely recommend her.

Would NOT recommend! I took her online class TWO times. She gave me D's on all my papers and a 0% on one because I accidentally cited wrong and she said I plagiarized even though it was in works cited. Turnitin dot com is the same amount of points as actual essay?? Instructions were confusing and she grades HARD. TOO MUCH WORK FOR AN EASY CLASS.

She has the students accessing different websites to submit paperwork and sometimes problems occur during this process. I thought creative writing is when the student (s) are allowed to write freely. Unfortunately, writing becomes a task and at many times not very enjoyable. NO LATE ASSIGNMENTS CAN BE TURNED IN FOR CREDIT.

This class online is a TON of busy work. Most online classes I have taken in the past have had two days a week maximum where things are due. This class is: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you are taking this class online for flexibility, and because you need weekends to complete your work, this class is not for you. Take on campus

Tina is a great English teacher. Expectations are very clear. If I needed help I always got it whether via email or an in person meeting. Yes, there is a lot of homework but that is true of any English 101 class. If you like clear feedback and helpful advice take Ms. Nunez.

Nunez is a great teacher! 101 had a lot of homework and four formal essays throughout the semester but she was very clear on what she expected. She was available to help whether in class or via email. I was dreading taking English and this semester I learned that I actually enjoy writing! Take Nunez!
