She is so amazing I would take any class from her. Animated, engaging, caring, silly at times, honest, clear on expectations making this an easy class if you engage with others and actively participate and follow directions.

Tina is an amazing professor. Her lectures consist of interesting personal stories and course material. However, if you do not read and study the textbook you will not pass the exams. Your grade is based off of a couple of essays and the exams so there are not many opportunities to get your grade up.

Shes funny and being in her class is cool but this review is for how good she is as a teacher not a person. Her tests are everywhere, she tells you to use the study guide that is found in the library yet its a different edition to the textbook so it contradicts itself. the lecture has nothing to do with the test since we are never on topic.

I can't believe this lady is a professor. You will learn absolutely nothing regarding the subject; however, you will hear about her personal life for the entire class. She spent at least 20 min before class trying to turn on the computer-and then once lecturing turned into sex-ed talks and a plug to take her other classes. Would never take again

I love Tina, She's one of the most friendly, funny, sassy ladies i have ever met. I highly suggest her, she'll make you feel like her child and you'll never want to leave the hilarious and fun class you're about to enroll in

She was very disorganized that semester. She often left her lecture notes in the car and we had to wait for her. The lectures were mostly about her own life, not the material on the test. Be prepared to study from the book to pass this class. The tests were kind of difficult, but the group project can pull your grade up. I wouldn't take it again.

Tina has a tendency to off on rants that are irrelevant to the course material. While the subject is inherently interesting, she does a poor job at presenting the material. There were many times when she stated incorrect information and although her tests are multiple choice, the selection of questions don't correlate to what is covered in class.

Thought about dropping the class due to her teaching. Currently multiple weeks behind due to her rambling about her life and was told to teach ourselves a chapter at home while she teaches one in class. No homework, only tests so it's hard to even out your grade. Doesn't answer questions well. Definitely read the text at home if you want to learn.

She is disorganized and gets very off topic. Her text books are 10+ years out of date - the last 7 years have been critical for psychology, and the books need to be updated to reflect that. I was put off by how her lectures turned into her own personal therapy sessions. I didn't feel she prepared us for the tests. Read the text to prep for tests!

She's got a passion for her craft and encourages students to do more than memorize definitions. Her tests reflect a lot of application knowledge. Come to class and study what she tells you. She is great inviting you to her office of extra explanations on topic you need help with. Keep up on reading and studying to do well in her class.

Tina is a wonderful teacher. She's hilarious! I would say that if you're not a very open minded person, her class isn't for you. Class is very casual but don't let her see you on your phone unless you like dancing. The only problem I have with this class is the only assignments are tests so it's impossible to raise your grade since there's no hw.

I took Tina's class over the summer and did exceptionally well. Her teaching style is very easy to follow and she provides great examples that require class participation. She goes off on tangents sometimes but she is a very sweet lady and I very much enjoyed her class! Tests are straight from the lectures so no surprises.

Took this class in the summer and my expectations were far different than reality. Teacher likes to go off topic. It is an easy class to pass but if you want to take psychology more seriously I would not take her.

I took 3 classes from her. Super friendly, very helpful, & honest. Doesn't test on anything she hasn't lectured. Moves at the pace of the class. PSYCH 10 & 40 have a big group research presentation at the end, but if you want to do it alone you can. She seems to really care about her students & may ask to help you over coffee. Very little homework.
