Professor Lewis is extremely knowledgable about the subjects he teaches. If you go to class and pay attention you will ace the midterm. The final is tougher but not terrible. There were very few assignments, highly recommend!

Lewis was great for Buddhism. If you are at all interested in the material the class will be a breeze. He is energetic and enthusiastic about his work and that kind of rubs off. He is a really good lecturer as well.

His expectations were ridiculous. He made us go on a mandatory two day trip to New York, drive ourselves there in vans, and we had to pay for the hotel rooms and food. Then we had to plan our own trip to New York for another assignment. He's nice and an interesting person, but his lectures were not interesting and heavily depended on powerpoints.
