For an introductory class, he was really tough. This was supposed to be about the Middle Ages but it turned out to be all about philosophy. The philosophy kids liked it but I just wanted an interesting history class.

Todd is one of the best teaches at COA and an amazing historian. That said he is limited mostly to Latin America. This reveals a serious gap in the schools academics. Very helpful for writing.
