He knows his stuff. The class was certainly challenging, but his delivery of the material and style of lecture were outstanding and really made the material applicable and useful. Very willing to answer questions, re-explain or make time for students. I am very glad to have taken his class. Work hard and get involved, you'll be glad you did!

This class wasn't too bad. Pay attention to the notes, because that's the majority of what is tested. Tom really knows what he's talking about and really cares about students. Do your group case studies before class, and work a lot in your group, because the group evaluations count for a lot of your grade!!!
