He means well, and he's one of the nicest guys at Brookdale, but the man is boring. He doesn't make eye contact with you during lectures, and he can put you to sleep if you're not careful. His class is ridiculously easy, though. He helps you out if you need it. I'd take him again.

Oh, Tom. He's a sweetheart. If you understand Microsoft Word, you're fine. But you really have to pay attention during his lectures. Those tests are pretty hard if you don't pay attention. Try to make a lot of friends in that class to keep you awake. He's a really sweet man though :)

For someone with a PhD, he is pretty much the worst teacher ever. Easy A because everyone cheats on his tests. Class starts with 30 people, and by week 7 only 10 show up. He puts you to sleep; Ive finished 10 pg essays in his class during lectures. Most boring 2 hours possiable

Tom Doll is a very laid-back, easy-going man. The class was very easy if you have common sense. Very easy to cheat on his tests. He wears cute little sweater-vests with his shiny bald head. Sidenote: Has a strange love-affair with technology, I quote him saying "Voice-recognition gets me hot!"

Very smart, very useful, very intelligent. I took this class once before and failed because my teacher was unreasonable with work, and I already knew how to use a dang computer. But taking his class I actually learned something NEW. Very polite, and extremely reasonable. He's a class act.

Class is very helpful,I learned a lot of cool office features and functions.Homework is done in class right after the demonstration,tests are easy and he reviews for them throughly before.I missed 4 classes and he was very comprehensive about it:I made up labs with his help in the break and was fine.Though lectures are kind of boring.Drink coffee!

Such a pleasant man. Excellent choice for COMP129, extremely easy and fair. Everything on the tests are reviewed right beforehand, and even helps on the lab tests. As long as you do the work, there is no excuse for not getting in the 95+ range for the semester. No bad things to say about him, he's the man.

AN AMAZING TEACHER RIGHT HERE. VERY EASY GUY. I TOOK THIS CLASS ONLINE AND I STAYED AHEAD. HE DIDN'T GIVE MUCH WORK TO DO AND THE WORK HE DID GIVE WAS VERY EASY. HE ALWAYS GETS BACK TO HIS STUDENTS. I WOULD DEF TAKE AGAIN.
