Comment:
Tom is a great guy, but lacks in teaching ability. He would a much better professor if he had the time to review his notes before lecturing. Take his class at night, know the textbook inside out, and you should do fine.

Tom is a fantastic person but not a so as a teacher. Very helpful, understanding, and kind. Always looking out for the student's best interest. However, very disorganized and hard to follow. He is very fair and generous when it comes to marks. Just make sure you stay on top of the reading and you'll be fine. He will help as much as possible.

he is hard and there is more to write after I get my mark in first midterm, he does not provide good answers to students and he expects students to answer for him.

Comment:
Very incompetent cant solve the problems himself, talking about answering students' question. Why? Coz he's a graduate in Psy not Buss. Waste of time and money. Ryerson should transfer him to the Psy department where he might be more useful.
