Comment:

He's a really nice guy, and very smart but he got off topic a lot. Most of the time what he talked about didn't even seem related to psych at all. Weekly papers provide plenty of opportunities for grades which is good. Only exams are the midterm and the final & he allows note cards for both. Easy class to pass, just very boring.

He's a very intelligent man but a horrible professor. He lectures the entire time but really you could teach yourself what you needed to know from the book. I'm pretty sure he made the grades up because you never got papers back.

Very intelligent and nice, but shouldn't be a teacher. He isn't clear on what the class is going to consist of, and being an organized person his method drives me insane. His class is also extremely boring.I've done my homework from other classes in this class because I was so mind numbingly bored. Tends to stray off topic.

Although he is retired I have to say it was the WORST class that I have ever taken! I learned absolutely nothing! He made us write two papers one 5 and the other 10 pages! And we paid college tuiton to watch movies almost every class! it was a joke!

super nice and incredibly smart, but this class was unbelievably boring. we got off topic all the time, i don't know what i learned. this guy knows everything, but can't seem to put it in order for you to understand it. very helpful if you see him out of class, he almost does all the work for you!

while tony/homer stavely is a smart guy, an interesting guy, an easy grader, & a kind person, i found his class unbearable. its not that he's too smart to teach here, its not that he's on a different wavelength. I think he's just tired & ready to retire.
