Comment:

Professor Ford is engaging and entertaining. His open discussion format and enthusiasm made this class something to look forward to. It is a Literature class so it is reading and writing heavy but if you space the writing out as he suggests, you will do well. Highly recommend this professor!!

The guy is out there and I love it. He'll wear a kilt on occasion, he likes anime, and he's super easy to talk to. The type of professor you don't want to miss. If you can take an English class with him, do it. His required books are great reads, he'll show movies, and has great discussions.

He's an amazing teacher! He's energetic and you can tell he is genuinely enthusiastic about what he teaches. He gave great feedback on papers and was very helpful when I had questions. He's one of the best teachers I've ever had!

Tracy was one of my favorite professors at GCC. I was exposed to so many ideologies and principles in his class that I don't think I'd be the same had I not taken it. He was also one of the first men that I met in my college career that was a loud, outspoken feminist. His class was fun, engaging, and relevant. Loved his teaching style, laid back

I really enjoyed the courses I took. Prof Ford is hilarious and one of the most honest profs you'll ever have. He makes discussions interactive and inviting. I whole heartily encourage everyone to take advantage of having the opportunity to learn from him. I promise you won't regret it and you'll definitely never forget him or his class.

Prof. Ford, is very laid back and helpful. You don't have to go to class but if you don't you'll miss important information relating to the martial. I love English class already but Prof. Ford made me love it even more. His funny examples definitely helped me. If your reading this just sign up for one of his classes already!

Funny guy, great sense of humor, and approachable. His assignments were fairly easy, with the exception of the final project, which can be time consuming (only if u wait until the last minute). Professor Ford's class was very laid back. You watch some movies, go to class when you want to, and listen to his funny stories.

GREAT teacher! I only wish I grasped the concept that there was so much writing and wouldn't have procrastinated. He's an awesome teacher, and though it's not mandatory, I would definitely go to class to get insight on the readings. Lots of reading, and lots of writing but that's expected of an English class. Amazing teacher. He is and will always remain my favorite teacher. He's intelligent, hilarious, and creates great metaphors and examples when explaining concepts. Absolutely loved the class and the content was extremely applicable to all of my other classes.

Mr. Ford is my guru! I loved his classes (Children's Lit and Humanities). There is a lot of writing, but if you're smart and spread it out over the semester, you're golden. He wears kilts on Fridays, and he wore a WWII gas mask to our midterm. I will miss him terribly now that I'm transferring. THANK YOU MR. FORD FOR BEING AWESOME!

Loved taking this class!!! He is so passionate about what he does and the topic he teaches. It was a really fun class, I loved showing up to class, and I never wanted to skip.
