Trish is a great prof who cares about her students. There is weekly assignments that shouldn't take you longer then 2hrs, three quizzes, midterm (cheat sheet), final project which you have a choice to do as a group or on your own (super easy!) and a final exam (cheat sheet). Don't buy the text book, study the ppts and you'll get an easy A!

Trish is a great prof! She is very sweet and also quite funny. She does a great job of communicating what is required and makes learning the concepts super easy. She is motivated to have all of her students feel comfortable & succeed; never be afraid to ask for help as she is great with questions. If you study her PPT slides, quizzes are a breeze.

Trish is a nice person and an easy grader, her classes are a little boring as it is 3 hours long. But overall a good teacher.

Trish was the best prof. I took at UFV she goes at a high school level speed so its easy to follow along. She marks very easy and offers help when you need it. Would take again!

I wasn't a huge fan of how Trish ran her BUS Applications class (it felt like high school where you were forced to follow along), but otherwise it's not a bad course. Material is very easy. Textbook would be entirely necessary, but unfortunately there are quizzes based on it. Assignments and tests are pretty easy as you just follow instructions.

DO NOT BUY THE BOOK. $80 for a book that is written for a 7th grader. The book doesn't even have anything to do with the class, just use her PowerPoint slides to learn the keywords. Trish is an okay teacher, but she doesn't let you use cellphones, and she isn't very confident in herself. 5/10, wouldn't be taught by again.

Trish was a very enjoyable professor. Was fun to listen to because she laughs at EVERYTHING; for example, she will start giggling after she says "Hmm, someone erased the whiteboard today". As for assignments they are all easily completable within 2 hours and there are only 4 of them. She marks fairly. Answers any questions after class gladly.

Good teacher fairly easy class. She messed up a lot with marking. A bit partial with students. Confused , but very pretty lovely lady, polite. answer every question.

She is a very nice and kind professor who marks very easily. She sometimes seems confused about what she is talking about. I would recommend her for a professor.

Trish was nice and very easy. She seemed to have trouble controlling some of the more rowdy people in class. I found the class very easy, on top of the fact that she was an easy marker. This made for very high marks in my case.

Kind and helpful, but expects you to have a fair amount of computer experience (which no one in our class did). Somewhat scattered. Assignments and tests are easy.

Trish was really easy to get along with. If you don't have previous knowledge of computers, she might not be the best choice. She doesn't always make much sense unless you already know what she is talking about.

A bit out-to-lunch. Her mind was on her kids and family a lot. I guess she's an okay instructor. That is to say she got the job done. But she isn't a spectacular instructor in any way, and I am not sure that I'd like to be in a class with her that involved anything complicated, because she got flustered by some harder questions asked in class.

Trish is a good teacher. I would recommend her to other students. I liked that she was clear on what needs to be learned for midterms and finals. Cheery and almost always in a good mood, even when under the weather. The only thing I had trouble with was Access, but I did very little work outside of class.
