Ty was not the best of teachers. We often repeated things over and over and still didn't get much out of it. He is willing to help, but even if you follow his direction and feedback, don't expect that he will be pleased with your work.

Ty is great. Very knowledgeable, approachable and patient. Phil 37 readings were fairly dense and difficult, however, Ty does a good job making them clear. Encourages students to come to his office hours. Recommend taking any class he teaches.
