One of the worst I have experienced. I learned next to nothing from her and she came off as being deluded and self important. If there is another teacher available for the same class, I highly suggest choosing them over Valerie. I feel weird rating hot or not since it's been a while but back then she was "not" and now she looks harsher and fatter.
