she is fine. i like how she does one two hour conference biweekly. she is somewhat harder on the marking of papers. she is knowledgeable, intimidating at first, but actually pretty chill person. and she finishes the semester early, whats not to like about that.

The comments on this website were misleading. Her classes aren't the most engaging, but this course emphasizes class discussion, so just participate - you get a lot more out of it if you do. She was really knowledgeable about women's health as a whole, as well as principles of equityequality. Marked fairly, and will help you if you approach her.

Very disappointed. Had her for 407 and Women's Health. Extremely dry lecturer. She read off the slides, and then was very critical of student's presentation skills. No passion for subject, despite her experience. Student opinions unwelcome. Sometime offensive! Overly-critical marker (3.8 GPA otherwise!). Do not recommend.

Extremely unhelpful and rude. Difficult to learn anything from as she does not teach any useful content. A hard marker and comments/marks do not make sense and are not backed by any objective criteria. All marks/assignments handed back late - weeks after other sections had received theirs - extremely unfair in my opinion!

Doesn't teach. Hard marker, highest I heard for policy brief was B-, most of class got Cs & Ds (whereas other classes got Bs & As). For debate, a group failed & her explaination was 'bec your group went first' (basically, groups who went after did better bec they learned from previous groups' mistakes). She lost my paper. Posted my exam mark late.

She does not know anything at all. I wonder why she is a teacher at Ryerson, or a teacher at all. She is unsure of what is written in her own course outline. She never explains things properly. When she doesn't know how to answer the question, she changes the topic. I beg you to not take her class. You will honestly suffer. Hope she is out of here.

I had this teacher for one of my nursing courses & the comments on this website scared me more than being her student. She is an easy marker, she may not express her emotions as other teachers but she is O-K! as long as you attend her class, participate than all is well

Not the worst prof, she had her moments. Contrary to what every1 has said, she DOES answer emails, requests and she WILL help you if you are failing. I found her to be a very easy marker. In Sept, I was really scared about this course but take the ratings on ratemyprof w/ a grain of salt. She isnt THAT bad, may have double personalities. I got a B+

This was one interesting prof. She was very rude and does not care about her students what so ever. She calls herself a fair marker, but she is a really hard marker. Its not even that, she just doesn't provide any explanations of what shes looking for. She's just not helpful and thinks she knows everything. Good luck if you get her!!

Worst nursing professor I have ever had- very rude to students and completely unhelpful. Very little description of assignments and no interest in your success whatsoever. Grading was unfair and unsubstantiated, and no chance for appeals was offered.
