Veronica Feliu is extremely inspiring. Her class is life changing and i HIGHLY recommend everyone to take it. I have learned so much in her class and have been able to understand many things that i was oblivious to. She is funny, understanding and passionate about Latin America and educating others about it. My favorite professor at UCSC by far.

Veronica was the best language professor I've ever had. Her classes are extremely entertaining and Veronica keeps class fun and exciting. There was a lot of work for the class but her midterms and final were very fair. There was also a lot of class discussions and online homework but I definitely learned a lot from this class.

Professor Feliu is amazing! By far one of the best professors I have had at UCSC. If you read and go to class you will be perfectly fine, and you will get an easy A. She has 2 midterm exams, 2 essays (2pg), pop quizzes if she sees that the class isnt reading, and a final. Definitely encourage everyone to take her!

Veronica is a really nice and funny professor. Lectures are taught straight from the text, which is often boring, but predictable. Overall, not a very hard class. For a class taught from the text, Veronica makes it interesting.

A great teacher. She is clear and helpful and really wants her students to learn. She sticks to Spanish 90+% of the time, and only switches to English when people aren't getting it. Her class is not hard, but you learn both language and culture.

I am deeply in love with Profesora Feliu. She's simply fascinating and discusses really politically loaded topics relating to the colonization of Latin America. I have fallen in love with her silly, endearing personality and the beautifully intelligent and sharp critiques that she passionately discusses. You MUST take her class!

Verónica is one of the best instructors I have ever had. She is unbelievibly nice and a great person to have teach a class. She's pretty funny too. I'm really sad that I won't get to have class with her anymore, as the class has been more than enjoyable. Really an excellent teacher.
