The prof is always available if we have questions and responds quickly. He communicates often with the class and keeps us up to date weekly...sometimes daily. It is nice to be taught by someone who is enthusisatic about the material and has a wide base of information from experience.

It was a breeze to complete assignments and score high grades with the straight forward instructions given by Vic. Like he says, its not a factor of easy, you just have to do the work to get the marks. I recommend this course to anyone needing a general elective or anyone with an interest in wine!

I wish we could have had Vic as a teacher in the classroom. Our course was completely on-line except for one mandatory meeting in the beginning. He seems like a nice, genuine person and is extremely knowledgeable on the material. :)
