I thought Professor Steponaitis was really great! He clearly knew what he was talking about and I found the subject matter really interesting. His tests didn't require a ton of preparation because we were always able to bring a cheat sheet. There wasn't a ton of graded work in the class but it wasn't super difficult to do well on tests or papers.

Wow. What a boring class. Not helpful to anything I want to do with my life. Professor is mean and not helpful at all. Tests are long and you need to take so many notes to pass. Hate it.

I really wish I had know how mush reading and memorization this class was going to require before I took it. Grading rubric's were not clear. I could never get clear answers or help. Tests were hard if you missed class and didn't take notes. It's mostly just memorization.

What a boring class. Each class is pretty much the same, get ready to just learn facts. Very little critical thinking is encouraged, besides writing several long papers that simply require repeating facts. Grading was not well explained, and the study guidelines were unclear.

Prof. Steponaitis is really nice, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about what he teaches! The grading on assignments is pretty unclear, however. The readings are a lot and very long as well. Other than that, I didn't have a problem with his class. Got an A-.

Professor Steponaitis' classes are just tedious and long. There are so many assignments and readings I felt like I was feeding water. His grading seemed very arbitrary and was not well explained. I had a hard time tracking him down for help, and when I did get help for my research paper he seemed very irritated with me and my ideas.

Dr. Steponaitis was just not helpful. His lectures were confusing, there are too many tests and quizzes, and he was rude when I tried to get help from him. For the final paper we discussed a topic we both agreed on, and then when he graded it was angry with me that I had chosen that topic!? Wish I hadn't taken this class.

Dr. Steponaitis is a great teacher-- he's a very clear lecturer, very willing to let you form your own opinions, and very available to help students. His tests require that you've taken decent notes, but there are no curveballs. 450 requires a 10-page paper, but he gives you plenty of time and help to get it done. Great professor!

Very interesting class. He gives super clear lectures, and is always really helpful after class or in office hours if you need extra help. Take decent notes and the exams shouldn't be too much of a problem.
