This professor is awesome! He really cares about his students and offers to stay and help after class ends. He definitely makes history fun and gives lots of extra credit. His class is not hard at all if you show up and listen.

Professor Clark tells the most amazing stories. It is like watching a TV about history but a lot more entertaining. Take notes - extremely important. You don't need the book unless you just want to have. He post his lectures online for access but it is best to just come to class.

Comment:

Vincer is an amazing teacher! I recommend him even if you don't need to take him. His tests are easy, lectures are in story form, and no dates! He's hilarious and cares about his students. He gives an extra credit essay. Taking notes by computer is the easiest way to do it. Listen to the lectures after and it's an easy A.

Great professor. Lectures are told in story form. He records his lectures, listen to those before tests. Take notes. 4 tests total, including the final. After the third test he gives an optional take home essay, do this and it will replace your lowest test grade. Gives essay questions before you take tests, super helpful! Final is not cumulative!

Clark does 4 tests over the course of the semester. After each test is taken that material is in the past. There will never be something you learned the first week of class in the 4th test for instance. Also, he gives the option at the end of the semester to write a essay and use that grade to replace the lowest of your 4 test grades! He's great!!

Vince Clark is the greatest teacher I have ever had. I think everyone should take his class. I hated history and actually dreaded taking it in the first place, but I look forward to his class every week. His lectures are so funny. They seem like you're at a comedy show but then you realize you can answer history questions by recalling the stories.

His lectures are amazing! I loved showing up to class and actually looked forward to it. I also liked the fact that he records his lectures and puts them online. They were very helpful when it came time to review for a test.

GREAT teacher !! He tells stories! That's how he lectures by story telling! You only have 4 test in his class NO homework!!! Yay ! Take Notes or just listen to his stories and remember the stories and you will do great on the test!!! He also records his lectures and posts on Blackboard so you can't remember you can always look on blackboard!

BEST TEACHER ALIVE! He only gives 4 test including the final. His test are over his lectures, which he records and post on black board. Very easy grader, and easy test. Attend class but if you miss you can make up by listening to the pod cast. He will lecture as if he is telling a story. Sit in the back BC he walks around & gets u engaged!

a great teacher. lectures are amazing. you do have to read two books in his class but their short. tests come straight from the lecture which he puts on blackboard as a podcast. each test has one short broad essay question.

Professor Clark is a nice guy that genuinely cares for each of his students. You definitely have to listen in class and take decent notes. The good thing is he records all of his lectures and puts them on blackboard, so I highly recommend going over each lecture again before test time. Tests were tricky, but manageable! Definitely recommend him!
