Dr. Fitzgerald makes class very interesting, but he really doesn't do a good job a grading. On quizzes and tests, he nails you if you miss even one or two minor details. My grade in his class lowered my GPA, which makes me upset because now it seems impossible for me to get at least a 3.5 overall GPA. Avoid at all costs.

Fitzgerald was my mentor throughout college. Took him for tv news, media criticism, had an intedependent study with him, and even took senior seminar with him. He was a great teacher and took time out to help you, if you wanted to help yourself. You earn your grade in his class, he is extremely fair to his students.

I love this professor. He has the corniest jokes, but tells them in such a funny manner that it actually comes off as funny. He tells information in an entertaining manner that you never stay bored for long. Very odd taste in bright, colorful sweaters, but it goes with his personality!
