I didn't like his group problems, but I thought he was a very good professor. It was a challenging course, but if you go to class, take good notes, do the homework and the study guides, you should be okay. He will curve and will definately help if you go to his office.

He doesn't teach very much at all. He assigns problems every night that have nothing to do with what is going to be on the test. He requires perfect attendence because of his group activities.

Comment:
Rarely goes beyond the book. Mostly teaches how to solve algebra problems, thus gets low attendance. He tries to offset this by assigning required busywork each day, plus surprise groupwork which amounts to 1/3 of your total grade based on attendance.
