Dr. Pitchko is a nice enough person, but very difficult to understand and uses analogies that don't always make sense. His notes are not specific and seems to make things harder than they actually are. A lot of the questions you will be doing in this course are similar to those of Chem 30, but he uses a different way that over complicates things.

The best prof I've ever had for chemistry. He made me switch my major to chemistry!!! Tests are soo easy, just read the notes and you will get a minimum of 70% !!, I would so recommend him as i always do to my friends, you will never regret it. Friendly, caring, helpful, funny, and entertaining prof! THE BEST

Extremely easy class. Check out all of his practice exams from the library and use them! They are almost identical to the tests he gives in class. Also attend class, especially before tests! He tells you exactly what is on the exams! Only downfall I found is that when I asked him for help he had a hard time understanding what I was asking.
