He is a genius when it comes to economics but some people are made to teach and others are not. He gets off on people that struggle with his class. He gets his satisfaction on seeing other people f

He's a miserable human being who is out to make everyone else miserable too (having been acquainted with him outside school, I know this for a fact). It's clear that he doesn't care at all about what he's doing, but that doesn't stop him from making the class as hard as he possibly can. He's just awful. Avoid at all costs.

Econ- :( Econ with Bilotta- :'( MUST have old tests to pass. The bell curve helps out a lot though. The final is beyond ridiculous. I give this class and teacher two thumbs way down.

He is a very intelligent man, but a horrible teacher. He bullies his students and is too lazy to stop the cheating that occurs by allowing notes and "other" materials to be used during testing!
