After spending a whole semester in the BCM program, I have determined that yeah it does require a crap ton of work on your end to be able to stay in the program, but he's preparing us for a career that's fulfilling and pays really well. Yes, he does keep the work load up to weed out people that want to party but those that want to work will thrive

Great instructor but HORRIBLE professor. Very unclear and normally seems unprepared for lecture. Will lecture and test on the subject the same day but rationalizes it by curving everything and manipulating grades (thus you never really know what your grade is). Good for the program bad for student's sums him up.

Mr. Sheppard is the man. Very hard class because there is so much to know, but just do the reading in the book and be prepared for quizzes. Midterm was mainly notes given in class. Very hard class and is the reason most people drop out of the BCM program. Overall very good teacher, very easy going and very helpful. Would take again.

A proffesot that will help you with anything at all and work with you. This is college, you have to be able to study and work hard for what you want. A successful college student will work hard. Students who have something negative to say about this class are clearly not meant for college.

100% the reason I dropped out of PCT and went to Drexel. He is 100% full of himself even though his hands on expierience in construction is lacking at best. He prides yourself on testing you on things you never learned. He picks his top 5 favorites the begining of the semester and seems to make it a game to see how many people he can scare off

The book is the only way you will learn. he does not allow you to use power points on his projects because he says they do not convey information however this is his only teaching method other than ridiculous quizzes. He makes his test so that no one will get an A unless you kiss his ass.does not help students succeed!

He thinks that he is an English teacher and the all knowing god of teaching when he is really a worthless careless s****bag. If you have the choice at all take Dr.Dorward, Mr.Krick, or Mr.Pantella. Absolutly could care less about seeing his students succeed. is too worried about his sour cream glazed donuts and seeing how many students he can drop from the class. O where to begin? It all started Fall of 2009. Being 20 years old and 21 in October. I decided to transfer from HACC to Penn college. Was it a mistake? YES. Why? I'll tell you why. There is a man! Not a professor, nor a teacher, but an individual that tries to fail you. 1 reason is that he exspects you to read 100 pages or more and quiz you on 10 or more questions that don't retain to the book. This man is known for quizing you on stuff that he thinks about outside of class. Can't write any more

hard class, he teaches hard, but he does it to weed out the students that want to party, class or 2012 started with 47. not down to about 35ish, the students that want to party pretty much all fail. if you pay attention in his class you learn alot. just going to class wont do anything. joining CMA helps you a lot, he is hard, but you learn a LOT.
