Comment:

Took the class fully online, extremely easy. If you seriously interested in learning about Nutrition for yourself, buy the book and watch the lectures. If you just want to pass the class, just open up google for exams. Class was an easy A, but the professor wasnt as tech savvy as I wished. Many things went wrong with the lectures, project, etc.

Comment:

Her instructions on assignments were very subjective and she did not reply to emails when questions were asked about the project. The class had to email each other to try to gain clarity. The course material was good, but getting a response from her was like pulling teeth. Awful professor! I would stay clear of her online class at least.

Took her online class. Pretty easy, weekly quizes, two test, and 2 small projects. Her lectures were clear and she even gives you the lectures to print out with blanks to fill in as she lectures. Don't need the book at all, if you feel you need to have it, buy the old edition and save some money. Easy class and pretty interesting.

I'm not sure if her last name is Buchan or Cunningham. Either way, the class was excellent. She is very organized and nice. Quizzes, midterm, and final online, a project and a paper that seem intimidating but are really easy. Only thing is that the tests have a VERY limited time, so know your stuff!

this was an online class and you had to go 6 times throughout the semester. quizzes every week and 2 midterms. pretty easy but have to be self disciplined! just take the time and do them and you'll get an A. very sweet lady :)
