Hard Teacher, but not as hard as Dr. Elkins was...at least you could re-answer questions for parial credit. he really tried to help you. I like him as a person, but he helped my discover to change educational major emphasis for Chemistry to History

Class made you think. Tests made you think, but detailed study guides helped. Very helpful if you asked for help. Good classroom demonstrations. Had to apply knowledge on tests -- couldn't just memorize. He challenged us to achieve our potential.

Nice to some people but not all. There is a ton of information crammed in on the test and lecture so expect to study a ton outside of class.

Unlike most, I really enjoyed Dr. Jones class. He gave us a study guide,so I knew exactly what to study. However, this class required a lot of studying.

Terrible teacher. He knows his chemistry, but isnt smart enough to teach it. Tests are on 300 level basis and not at all helpful outside of class. Seems to be a nice polite man, but not even a bad teacher. Hes worse than bad.

Knows his stuff. He teaches very well but you have to be willing to learn. You will deserve the grade you get. His labs and tests are fair and on point with class lectures. Take in the summer and start studying week before. Great prof!
