He knows his subject and does a pretty good job of explaining. I've had him both as an undergrad and grad student, in anthropology and english. I am enjoying the grad level class more than the other,but both were interesting, even if the subject wasn't what I would choose to study.

Please do not make yourself sit through this class. However, it you decide to take it anyway, the quizzes are easy if you read the material and the tests aren't too bad-take notes in class so the SG will actually be helpful, BUT its sooo boring, you will want to fall asleep in class everyday.

He is a very good teacher that tells you everything you need to know if you read the assignments the quizes are easy and he gives a study guide with exactly what is gonna be on the test on it. A lot of people consider him boreing but if you actually talk during class it's not to bad.

Very much a lecture teacher. It's super hard to stay awake even though the subject matter is interesting.He's very knowledgable but not very personable, he's a very dry teacher but I've learned some interesting things. Read the assignments!!

Extremely smart man. Good lectures. Be sure to take tons of notes, though. His tests aren't exactly easy, but if you pay good attention they aren't too bad. I really learned a lot in his class. I have signed up to take him for other courses since Mythology. If you really want to learn, sign up for one of Clements's classes!

Dr. Clements is a very understanding and intelligent teacher. His class is pretty easy if you read. He drops 4 or 5 quizzes at the end of the semester & gives awesome bonus points. He gives study guides for the tests and examples for the papers. I really enjoyed his class! Hope I have him again
